Although it closed its doors in march 2022, Isla Mujeres Palace Resort was one of the most beautiful Isla Mujeres all-inclusive luxury resorts. The land was bought by SHA, a wellness company that’s planning to open a wellness clinic spanning seven hectares in 2023. They’ve operated a clinic in Spain since 2008 with a focus on holistic practices that are sustainable and rejuvenating. The exterior landscaping will feature local species and the interiors will focus on creating a calming space that flows from one room to the next. SHA Mujeres will have a different focus than the Isla Mujeres Palace Resort but the stunning natural scenery, private beach, and ideal climate remain the same.
